Bank not listed for online services, can't find "partner list"

MS Money 2002, major New Zealand Bank but only 1 bank is
listed and it's not mine, we think it supports direct
online services in Money, but how do I get Money to
acknowledge and use them? MS NZ doesn't know, the bank
doesn't know, I can't find any "Financial Institution
Partner list" of New Zealand Banks to update money from -
is there one?
