Yes.

When you schedule the payment on BO web site, BO instantly checks if it
knows the payee. If it does, and the payee accepts electronics transfers, BO
makes the payee 2-days' payee.
When BO receives the payment instruction from Money, it makes it 5-days'
payee. Later, on the 1st payment, it may "recognize" the payee, same as
above, and change it to 2-days' payee. Tnen this will be reflected in Money.
As the net result, the 2nd or 3rd payment to this payee will show up in
Money with less days of the advanced debit.
