I just learned that money has been downloading the transaction for multiple
accounts into one account (that I actually don't use anymore) How do I move
the the transactions from one account and assign it to the correct account?
In addition, how do I get the automatic downloads to go to the correct
account?

I forgot to add, I'm using Money 2006 small business edition.

For past use, one way would be QIF export from the wrong account,
edit out unwanted transactions from the .qif file, and then
File->Import the edited file to the correct account. This may be too
messy to catch up with.

Thanks Cal,

Isn't there an easier way to just have it reassign accounts? Unfortunately
there are a number that needs to be transfered.

You can right-click each transaction that you want to move and
select CutAndPasteToAccount.

You could move all but the ones that should end up in account XX,
and then rename and changed the details the combined account to XX.

Make an extra copies/backups before making changes in case you want
to undo something.
