Adding Items To Drop Down Menu - Money 2001

In MS Money 2001, there is a drop down menu just below
the "num" column of the account register. This menu
contains 2 items; 1. Next Check Number and 2. Print This
Transaction.

Is there a way to add items to this list? It would be
helpful to simply add "Debit" and "Deposit" to the list.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In money 2004 it lets you type in what you want in place
of check number. I use CC for check card, ATM for atm
transactions as well as DEP for deposits, maybe you can do
that in 2001????
