I have money on my home tower. However, we often go volunteering for 2
months or more. Would like to transfer money to my notebook while gone. Any
suggestions? TIA

If the Money license is a retail license, you can install/use it on both
machines per the EULA terms. Move the data file over, Go. Com back. Move the
data file back.

Looks like 'my documents/my money.mny' is the data file?

That's what it would pick by default. If you ever over-rode the defaults, it
could be most anything. I'd double-click on the file you THINK it is from
Explorer and make sure you are correct when Money opens it.
