Prior to that, it just says installing Windows Live Messenger was not
successful. No changes were made to your computer. Then I hit okay, and
then get the 1603 error. The event viewer doesn't give anything else
besides installation was not successful. Guess I am still out of luck
for now. I'll try and get the Installer Cleanup utility to work, and
hopefully that will work.
