some people can not read what I am saying

Good morning,
We are on a network with Norton Internet Security.
All of the computers have XP
On one of the computers SOME of the contacts can not
recieve messages that are sent. We can read everything
sent to it but the recipients can not read the reply. BUT
this does not happen to all of the contacts and it is not
the same contact that it happens to it will be someone
else the next time. Any ideas?

Download and run the program.
