send video with webcam

hi all.
is possible to send a video in msn like i am sending a webcam scrren.
I want to send a video i have on my hard disk when i click on the icon
"send webbcam image". So somebody thinks i am in a place but i am in
another place i record the video before!
is possible to do that?

exactly nothing..
I want just to try this thing...
When i press the button "view image on webcam" msn looks for a video
device, is it right?
How i can sat to the program to play a video?
Maybe with a video camaera, not a normal webcam?
The stupid option is to point the webcam on the video, but doing like
that the image is full of stripes done by the sceen..
