open msn messenger

hello.
is there any whay to open two msn messenger windows in the same desktop? I
have two acounts whith diferent "user name" and like to have both of them
open at the same time. is that possible?

i've downloaded the ghost, open the it's window and chose enable polygami,
now what? please help me.
