Hi David,
You might need to "re-establish" the relationship between you and her. To do so, delete her
from your contact list and then have her delete you from hers. Then press Alt to bring up
the menu bar, choose Tools, then Options, then Privacy category. Find her on the Allow list,
right-click her name and choose Delete.
If the Delete option is grayed out, then she's not yet deleted you from her contact list.
After this, simply re-add her and more than likely everything will start working again.
