Greetings,

Do you actually see multiple Messenger clients? or is it completely transparent?

It's possible Windows Messenger is running in the background -- to quickly check, right-click
on an area of the taskbar and choose Task Manager, then click the Processes tab and look for
msmsgs.exe. If it's there, then that's it. To remove, click the Start Button, then click
the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select the Windows account
name in question, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage
my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry
and click 'Remove'.
