Whenever I try to sign onto my msn 7.0 I get the msg with
the title "msnmsgr. exe - Entry Point Not Found" with the
message: "The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"

This always happens when I try to sign onto Msn 7.0, but I
can sign onto Windows Messenger no problem.

I hope someone can help! :) Thanks.

Sounds like you had a bum install.
Try un-installing and re-installing MSN Messenger. After the un-install,
reset your computer (even if it doesn't ask you to) before re-installing.
