my msgs cant reach my friends, happens ALOT

hi , alot of times while im chatting with friends my msgs doesnt reach them ,
it happens alot and on random . its getting pretty annoying .
i updated my msn , my connection is working fine , no 3rd party softwares
..etc

I have same problem, I can recieve messages to a friend, but he can't see any
of mine. He's not blocked. But can his ip be blocked somehow? Anyway to
fix? Thanks
