I have tried dozens of times to upgrade to mess6.0, and
every time I get a "messenger has encountered a problem
and needs to close" message, and it won't work. I have
tried closing all programs, including my NAV, installing
in safe mode, removing all previous copies of messenger
and it is the same thing every time. Now I'm wondering if
I should just go back to the old system ift I can find out
where to download it. We do have messenger plus
installed, I don't know if that could be messing things
up...any suggestions?
