Greetings,

Well, as a "quick fix", you can use System Restore in XP to restore your computer back
exactly as it was prior to the 8.5 installation. To do so, click Start, then Help & Support,
then "Undo changes to my computer using System Restore" and then follow the wizard to restore
your PC back to that time.

But, what exactly happened when "it didn't sign in"? The exact message and error code is
really necessary to really help.

it just hangs...... keeps trying 2 sign in 2 msn messenger but never does.
the little MSN logo keeps spinning with no successful log in. dont even get
an error number. it also seems 2 slow my laptop down.... i hate such lame
attempts to revamp things that arent broken. thank you....... like the new
msn live/hotmail tho.....
