Thanks for the quick response and sorry that I have to
bother you again... I have windows NT (is that 2000?) and
it is located on the C drive. Anyways, I followed the
directions you provided for both Windows 2000 and windows
98 and got an error both times stating that the file could
not be found. Any other suggestions???

Windows NT isn't necessarily windows 2000. Windows 2000 is in the windows
NT family, but you should check which one you have. Hint: WinNT(4) will
boot into a blue screen as it loads, windows 2000 will boot into first a
black screen and then a more windows-looking screen while booting.
What file cannot be found?
