messenger

My friend has a old pc but was running messenger 6 ok it
advised her there was a update and she went to update it
told her she needed pentium (something) and higher to run
6.1 but that was ok she could still use old version of
messenger but she cant it wont let her sign in,it comes
up with new version yes no and when she pushes no it just
signs out and wont let her sign in.it also say somethinh
that the path to opera exe cant be found as it is need
for url or something. can anyone help
