Hey there Jonathan I took your advice in a previous post
about my riends comp not letting her play games and It
didn't work. She is running Windows ME and can initiate
the games but then an error screen comes up and says she
is "unable to start (game)" We are still stumped and
can't figure it out! Any other ideas? Your previous advice
wa as follows:
Firstly, click the Tools menu, then Options, then Privacy
tab, and verify that 'Always ask me
for my password when checking Hotmail or opening
other .NET Passport-enabled Web pages' is
unchecked and then click OK.
Secondly, open up Internet Explorer, click the Tools
menu, then Internet Options, click
Delete Files, within the Delete Files dialog, verify
that 'Delete all offline content' is
selected/checked and click OK.
Thirdly, reboot the computer and then try again.
Note that both you and your contact should try
