Greetings,
You can presently, although the "emoticon picker" is being changed for the next release.
What you can however use, is the Messenger Plus emoticon picker, which will let you see all
your custom emoticons (and everything else), you can bring it up by pressing the ( key on the
keyboard after installing Plus.

Take note that if you do try this option, be sure to read through the installer ,as if you do
not wish to install the sponsor program (ie. advertising) that goes along with Plus!, be sure
*not* to chose that option during the installation.
