I have not be able to sign into my hotmail.com account or msn messenger since
changing my password yesterday. I get the error code 0x81000303. I tried
changing my password but it says I have don't answer my secret question
correctly. (that may be true, it's been a long time since I wrote it.) I have
done everything these message boards have suggested regarding this problem,
but nothing works. I have sent messages to both messenger and hotmail
support, but have heard nothing back.I had to get a different account just to
post this message as I could not sign in to net passport. There must be
something that can be done--Is there a phone number for tech support--even if
I have to pay???
Thanks

Greetings Dorene,

This errorcode indicates that your password is incorrect. There is no phone support for .NET
Passport.

Are you sure you're inputting your new passport properly? If you can't remember, you will
need to contact Passport Services (e-mail the others will just cause delays):

Thanks for the info...I know it indicates that my password is incorrect, but
I know my password. I have contacted passport services--just waiting for them
to reply. Thanks again.
