1603 error Cant install msn msg7

Please can anyone help me, Ive tryied installing msn mess
7.0beta and all i get at the end of instilation is this
message :-

an error occurred during instilation pf assembly
'microsoft.windows.networking.RtcDll,type="win32"
version="5.2.2.1",publickeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df",
processorArchitecture="x88".

then it de-installs itself and gives out a error message of
" 1603 "

Ive removed my msn msg6.2 to see if that would work, and
now i cant even install msn6.2 back as i get the exact same
error message.

please help! :)

1603 Fix - courtesy of Christianbest @ BigBlueBall Forums

1. Find C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS
2. Rename the folder "InstallTemp" to "InstallTemp2".
3. Then Rename the file
"x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b64144
ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e" to
"x86_Microsoft.Windows.Networking.Dxmrtp_6595b64144
ccf1df_5.2.0.4868_x-ww_212f7d9e2".
4.Or simply take the folder and the file and add a 2, that way it will
replace with a new one.
5. Install away!

Thanks , ive tryied that, couldnt find the file
whatso-ever, even in a search.. nothing.
ive tryied nearly every forum created and still cant get it
to work.
