Greetings Danielle,

The error you're seeing is a server-based error, meaning, there's nothing you can do on your
side to fix it.

You'll have to contact Messenger services in order to have it corrected and explained:
http://messenger.msn.com/help/contactus.aspx
or
http://support.msn.com/contactus_emailsupport.aspx?productkey=messenger&ct=eformfree

I did all that and still it did not help. What else is
there to do?

Hi Stefan,

I suggest contacting them again, as they're the only ones that can fix this for you.

I can forward things in on your behalf, if you didn't seem to get them to properly unlock
your account.
