Jonathan,

do u even listen to msn messenger users?

It's been over 2 months now and the problem of users
signing to msn messenger and having constant POP UPS of
users asking to ad them to their contact list that happens
about 36 times. It's still not fixed. 1 day ago a user
reported to me that her msn messenger JUST started doing
this. What the hell is happening??

I've been always asking u if its fixed and u never give me
an answer.

The person's email address that is affected is:

Loz90@hotmail.com

I am very disappointed with the msn messenger support
service.

While I'm not familiar with the original posts on this, I would like to
add/point out two things.
If the person has a Public Profile, and has a check mark in the allow users
to contact me with MSN Messenger option checked, or if the person's e-mail
address is posted in a public forum (This one for example, MSN Groups for
another one), then that's more than likely how they're getting the requests.

Their best bet is to alter their public profile (http://members.msn.com) and
also go into any Groups they are a member of, and remove the check mark from
"Allow other members to view my e-mail address". Let me know if the friend
of yours does that, and still has the problems.

Hope this helps a little.
Patrick.
