Help!!

I am not too wild about this design... I am stuck then in
otherwords with these names on a blocked list. Not sure
why would people leave you on when you have not used it
for a long time? Thank you for your response and help. It
explains it at least. If I do not check mail for 30 days
or use this acct will I then be able to delete them?
