how to change e-mail?

I have been trying to log into my MSN passport account, but it won't work. I
need to change my e-mail addres which, isn't valid anymore. BTW this is not
a hotmail address.
Now, how do I proceed???

- MSN Messenger 7
- Windows 2000SP4

I have kept my login & password all that time, but for some reason it
doesn't seem to be accepted anymore.

Thanks for your reply. I filled in the form and pressed the button, but I
did'nt get a 'sent succesful' message. But perhaps that's "normal"...?
