cant get online msn 7.5

hi!!
i downloaded a couple a weeks ago the new messenger 7.5 since that day it
keeps crashing i takes a lot of time to get on line ans since last friday
november 17 i cant get online. seems to work well i test the connection and
tells me i can get online but i cant.
i removed the program and installed it again and nothing seems to work
im using the windows msn now, but i want to know if we would be able to use
soon the msn 7.5?? cause it's only cause me problems isn't suppose to be
better that 7?? cause it just doesn work why do you force us to upgrade to
after tath only have problems?
