Greetings,

It just a problem synchronizing with a particular person or all of them? I realize this
might be difficult to check so sign in as Appear Offline then go to the Tools menu (or press
Alt-T if the menu is hidden), then Options, then Sharing Folders, click each Sharing Folder
under the Sharing Foldres and choose << Remove. Then click OK.

Now, go to a contact and start a new sharing folder. If you're able to synchronize with
others after that point either the problem was solved or it's a particular contact (in which
case when you encounter them, you'll know it).
