Webcam problems

Problem - up until November my daughter and I were able to
see each other on the webcam conversation. Then all of a
sudden it stopped. We both have Creative Webcam Pro with
the latest drivers. She can now see me but when she
connects with me the image is black. Any ideas. I can
see everyone else on the webcam?

have you updated any messenger versions or other software at all or
changed your firewall.

We both updated to the latest version of msn messenger -
when i use yahoo messenger i can see her but not in msn
messenger - it is weird because it was working fine and
then just stopped one day. Do you have any
ideas?.......Jane
