What are the ports I need to forward to get my webcam to
hook up with my parents? I know its my routers firewall
because when I take it out of the loop we can video
conference. Thanks.

Greetings Matt,

The ports used are 5004-65535 UDP for the actual "video conference", and ports 9000-10000 TCP
for the 'Webcam', however just forwarding these ports probably won't do anything, your router
will need to support Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). A good majority of routers now have
UPnP functionality, you may just require a firmware update that supports UPnP or just have
to turn it on in your router. If you let us know what router you're using, we can quickly
help you identify one way or another for you.
