im running msn messenger 6.1
the problem was solved since i disabled the win messenger with local
polices, and did the upgrade to the new 6.1 ver of the msn messenger, also
the firewall was blocking trafic on the udp ports.
http://messenger.msn.com/Download/
go there a find the latest version.
the persons your trying to talk should have it to, specialily if their SO is
diferent from yours.
if nothing else works in the end try skype beta.
