Can new Video Messenger work only 1 way?

We are in the tech support business, and would like for
our clients to be able to see us remotely... and, for now,
NONE of them are going to have webcams, etc... If WE have
a webcam, could they see US using MSN Messenger? Is
there a better tool to do what we're looking for?

Yes, they can. I do that all the time with someone who does not have a cam.
