Perhaps you can help me with this question. My office has
a shared T1 connection with other offices. I've installed
MSN Messenger 6.1 on my computer yesterday along with a
Logitech Quickcam for Notebooks pro. Part of my practice
involves a fair amount of video conferencing. However,
when I request to video conference and the person on the
other end accepts, MSN Messenger connects the two
computers. The problem is that while I can see and hear
the other person on the other end, that person can
neither hear nor see me. Can anyone please offer any
suggestions, refer me to a specific knowledge base
article or walk me through a solution? Thanks.
