Is this possible? It keeps telling me I need to log into
MSN Explorer, but I don't use that, I just use a regular
dial-up networking connection. Do I *have* to do this just
to use an @msn.com email address in messenger or is there a
way around it?

Greetings,

No, you can log into Messenger using any Passport, @msn.com or otherwise without any
additional software.

What's the exact error you're seeing?
