Signing error 81000395

I'm having a problem signing into MSN Messenger. This has only happened
recently after my son installed Yahoo Messenger on this PC. I can use Web
Messenger and I can use MSN Messenger on another machine on the same network.

After reading a number of internet articles I have tried the following with
no success.
- Reinstalling MSN Messenger 7.5
- Reinstalling IE 6 (and checked IE settings and cleared caches)
- Disabling Firewalls
- Have checked date / time
- Have re-registered all the dlls suggested
- Have checked my password
- Have checked the machine for virus, spyware, malicious tools, etc..
- Have uninstalled Yahoo Messenger

Please does anyone have any suggestions?

I have had this error too.
It has however disappeared again without me doing anything at all.
