If it's Outlook 2003, it actually does make use of MSN Messenger 6.2 if it's running, so this
in fact is normal. However, due to the way the Windows Installer works, whenever one of the
installed applications appears not to be installed correctly, it will attempt to "repair" it.
As long as this doesn't show up again, I wouldn't worry about it.
