I've only recently become interested in video conferences having just
got broadband.
Whilst I'm no expect I am not silly either but it seems that if
connections are attempted from behind a NAT router then problems are
likely.
I have two friends, both on broadband, one with NAT but the other just
a conventional firewall and can connect with neither whereas one can
connect with another friend though not always with sound working.
How the average 'Jo Public' gets it going I haven't a clue.
