I am trying to use MSN Messenger from work to connect to one of our remote
sites and do desktop support-type things. We all have Win2K. I am behind a
firewall and the remote site is not.

As I understand it, both computers will need both Windows Messenger and MSN
Messenger installed BUT.....what do I need to do to get past the firewall to
the remote site?

ANY help you can give me will be GREATLY appreciated.

Laurel

But I guess since you are using Windows 2000, Remote Assistance is not
something that is in your OS...
