Hi there, I've registered for MSN Messenger Mobile for over a year now,
and I've never had a problem until about 2 months ago.

The problem is trying to view my contact list by sending the code "CL"
to the MSN Messenger number. Like i said, it use to work perfectly
until about 2 months ago, and then it started giving me this error:
"Sorry! We were unable to process your request. Please try again
later."

I've tried deleting my account and re-registering, but I still get the
same error. Does anyone know how to fix this?


Also, another issue I had was that when it USE to work it wouldn't show
ALL my contacts. It showed about maybe 25 online, when I really had
close to 40.

If anyone can shed some light on my problems, please let me know! Thank
you!

Greetings,

I'm afraid I don't have a fix for you, but I can confirm (and have complained) about the
contacts issue in the past.

It seems most of the resources have been concentrated on the Windows Mobile client and not
these older systems.

Thank you for your reply Jonathan!

I'm not quite sure which issue of mine you were commenting on, the
viewing contacts with "CL" or not being able to see ALL the online
people?

Either way, would it be futile to ask my wireless provider (Rogers
Wireless), for help? I was wondering if they would be knowledgable
about these issues by any chance? Or is it strictly MSN side and only
Microsoft employees would know how to fix it?

Hi,

Yeah, I meant the online people. I actually use Rogers as well, and just tried this myself
since I haven't in ages. After registering again (guess my account had been cleared), I sent
the CL message and got the same "Sorry we were unable to process your request" message. As
such, give ol' Rogers a ring and see what they have to say.
