Parental Control Problem

My boss uses MSN for his email. I think it is version 8. Today, he tells
me his parental control feature is turned on and he can't turn it off. Is
this a glitch with MSN? Is there a way to turn it off?

I don't know. It is my firewall that is causing the error. Without the
firewall, it works fine.

I figured it out. The anti virus feature of my firewall saw another
extension of 'com' after the email address and must have thought it was a
virus. I removed the 'com' file extension from the blocked extensions in
the firewall and MSN is able to send and receive email.
