Greetings Renegade,
Do you happen to have StuffPlug-NG installed? If so, you'll need to disable it's "feature"
of taking over this feature. To do so, open up the main Messenger window, click the Plus!
menu, then Preferences, then Plugins, click StuffPlug-NG, then Configure, then "Open all
links in default browser" (or something similar depending on version).
