Greetings,
To get the contact showing up correctly, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on
its icon in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/remove_wlmpolicies.reg
Then try signing in again. It make take 30-40 seconds after signing in before they appear
online.
