Jonathan is right, MSN Messenger does work with Limited User accounts and
ZoneAlarm is the issue but before you go through the trouble of making it
work you might want to download the latest version of MSN Messenger from
http://g.msn.com/7MEEN_US/EN_0322/INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.exe. You may have
to sign in once with your nieces account as an admin and then change it to a
Limited User account.
