I needs your help. Following a rather difficult migration of IE v.5.5 to IE
v6.0 on Windows Me, it seems that MSN Messenger v.6.2 is been affected. I
have uninstalled the v.6.2 and installed the 7.0 and there, I receive the
following error :
"File USERENV.DLL is related to a missing exploitation
NTDLL.DLL:RtlDosPathNameToNtPathName_U." (note : this is a translation from
french to english, so the message may be somewhat different in native
english).
This message is followed by:
"C\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe A peripheral attached to the
system does not function correctly."
Can you help me please?
