MSN Messenger needs to support Microsoft Outlook for its premium users. I
use Hotmail through Outlook but MSN Messenger still directs me towards the
web site instead of my client.

MSN Messenger also needs to allow a scroll bar when the content is too large
for its size.

e.g. I click on the 'Xbox' icon and it displays its information in a size
that is too large for the default application window. That's fine and dandy
except that there is no way to scroll down to display the rest of the page.
You have to manually resize or maximize your window, which can be cumbersome.

MSN Messenger also needs to disable the sound on alerts when you are in away
mode. What if I am sleeping and set as away and someone messages me?
