I get to a point when trying to install MSN Messenger as well as Windows
Messenger that the installer gives the message "Rolling back installation"
and quits. The MSN Messenger gives an error message "1603". I have
researched this message and already checked the permissions which are
correct. This is a Windows 2000 PC - Home use and not on a PTP, Workgroup,
or Domain. Any ideas?
