Greetings,
MSN Messenger is not a "substitute" for Windows Messenger (for vice-versa), they are separate
applications.
MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger has some basic functionality that is the same but have
their own unique features too.
As long as Windows Messenger isn't loaded, Outlook and Word 2003 will make use of MSN
Messenger.
