Messanger 7.0?

Where can I download this version? My hard drive crashed and after
reinstalling everything I had to download 7.5. As many other posts here
indicate, it is crap. I can't connect most times. It is completely random
when it does connect without me changing a thing. I am using it at work and
had no problems with 7.0 on the work network. The troubleshooter shows me
connected to .NET but messanger gives me the 80048820 error. When searching
for this, it says my time zone is incrorrect? How the hell can the time zone
setting cause this problem?
