Hi all.
Got an MSN live Mobile messaging account with 148 message available. Cannot
use them, I'm request to buy more everytime I try.
No help from MS.
Thanks,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,
Same problem here in Australia. I just purchased 300 messages and it keeps
asking me to purchase some when I try to send a meesage. Not working!!

Greetings,

This is really poor.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone at Mobile nor have I been able to reach them in the past.
I certainly can tell you and you're not the only one (not just including what Tony mentioned
below).

The only thing I can really link you to is the Messenger support page and hopefully with
enough reports they'll give you some free credit, among other things:
https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlmessenger&ct=eformts

In the meantime, I will see what I can do on my side as this is getting rather ridiculous.

Hi, Jonathan.
Thanks a lot. At Mobile they are aware of the problem; aswered my post last
night, it seems related to my region (Italy), but it seem affecting also
other areas.
