Greetings,
Go to Start, then type Problem Reports into the start menu and then choose Problem Reports
and Solutions when it comes up.
After the dialog has populated, click View problem history, then scroll down to the Windows
Live Messenger group. Double-click the latest one and then copy/paste the Problem signature
info as that might say something.
If it's just the standard ntdll.dll crash though, that won't be too helpful.
I personally refuse to install Groove just because it feels the need to put its icon
everywhere in the Windows environment, but I know others with it installed that don't seem to
have the problem you're experiencing.
