Why does a MSN Messenger 6.0 client show the user's
status as "busy" when it should show "away"? The user did
NOT manually set the status to "busy".

Thank you.

Greetings Scott,

If the user is running a full-screen application, Messenger will automatically set their
status to Busy. If their using Windows XP, they can toggle this option on off by opening up
the main Messenger window, clicking Tools, then Options, uncheck 'Show me as "Busy" and block
my alerts when I'm running a full-screen program, such as a slide presentation" and click OK.
